Course Title Asbestos Operative Initial
Description This course provides operatives’ knowledge and understanding of asbestos removal procedures. Course content is delivered via theory and practical training methods. Training is in accordance with Regulation 10 of Control of Asbestos regulations 2006 and HSE Training Guidance Chapter 4.
Pre-Qualification No Pre-qualifications required.

Educational Objectives The student should be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the methods of working with asbestos in accordance with HSE guidance Chapter 4 – Training for Employees, Supervisors & Others Working with Asbestos-Containing Materials.
Examination Two multi-choice question papers will be undertaken over the duration of the course. Certification will be issued by NATAS once the course is successfully completed. This information will be recorded on the NATAS training database.

£400 + VAT per person for scheduled courses. Non- NATAS Members
£375 + VAT for NATAS members

Notes Courses subject to minimum numbers. Face fit testing of RPE can be arranged price £35 +VAT per person per mask
